We are the Catholic Truth Society of the United States, new and lamentably small, to be sure, compared to similar organizations around the world. But what we lack in size, we more than make up in Yankee ingenuity by offering our customers one of the largest archived collections of Catholic devotional literature to be found anywhere.

We select all our publications with the utmost consideration for how they console, comfort and aid the reader toward a more fervent prayer life. Our collection spans 200 years of publishing and includes booklets on the Sacred Heart, the Mass, the Eucharist, Holy Mother Church, Our Lady, the Holy Angels, Saints and many other Catholic subjects.

These publications are in a sense who we are at the Catholic Truth Society and what we do. We believe in making great devotional literature available to Catholics everywhere.

My wife Kathy, through whose help, patience and talent for organization all things are possible, and I operate the Catholic Truth Society at Littlemore, a remnant of tall grass prairie in northwest Iowa surrounded by a thousand oak trees. We are indebted to Liguori Books for helping us stay in the black, to Pinecreek Studio of Muscatine, Iowa, especially Ethel and Stefan, for their design of this Website, and to John Gillis, our editor.
